Served as: Dean of Faculty of Economic and Political Sciences, AUTH (2013-2017), Vice President at the Department of Economics (2009-13,2005-06), Member of AUTH Senate (2000-2001, 2006-2007,2011-17), Scientific Coordinator of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2011–2018), Director of the Department of Management (2011-13, 2004-05), Member of the Post Graduate Programs Administration Committees ( 2002-2020), Member of the AUTHs Strategic Development Plan Committee, Coordinator and Professor of Educational Management- Hellenic Open University (2001-2020), Member of the Scientific-Educational Council as well as teaching staff of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government of Greece ( 1992-94).

During her 45 years of service, she has taught at graduate and postgraduate level courses, on Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Educational Management, Total Quality Management, as well as in training programs for executives, both in the private and public sectors. She has published numerous articles in Scientific International Journals, chapters in books, and has participated in many research projects. She is the author of the book: ’’Management: An Introductory approach” (2020, 4th edition, Thessaloniki, Sofia ed), an electronic book on Management for Small Enterprises, on behalf of the General Workers Association of Greece and Publishing Curator of two books in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Her research work has been cited by many researchers (citations 1441, h-index 20, February 2021).
